Medical Director for QualityUCLA Faculty Practice GroupThe Medical Director for Quality (MDQ) is responsible for the quality improvement initiatives of the UCLA Faculty Practice Group (FPG). Youll work with leadership and staff to develop quality measurements and strategies and to deliver large, complex performance improvement projects.The selected candidate will be an MD with management experience who is well-versed in current trends in healthcare transformation and healthcare industry measurement programs. Ideally, you will also have a masters degree in public health, business administration or health services research. Your experience must include at least 3-5 years with health plans or providers and hands-on knowledge of successful performance improvement programs.
