48 hours per week (More than 50 miles from the facility)
$30/hour (40 Regular hours) $1,200
$45/OT (8 Overtime hours) $360
Meal Allowance: $130/day ($910/week)
Lodging Reimbursement: $200/day ($1,330/week)
$3,800 gross per week
