Sign-on and relocation package for a part-time Hospitalist role. Hospitalist physician, part-time permanent, schedule 7am–7pm with 7-on/7-off rotating call, based at a memorial hospital in Northwest Ohio. - MD/DO with active Ohio medical license or eligible - Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Hospitalist experience preferred (prior inpatient experience required) - Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
