Position Overview

As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure client site by observing, reporting, and responding to activities and incidents. At the truck gate, you’ll often be the first point of contact—making excellent customer service skills essential.

Security Officers regularly provide assistance, directions, and information to employees, visitors, and drivers while enforcing site-specific policies and procedures.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service skills (retail, food service, or hospitality experience is a plus!)
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Must meet and maintain all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor with a focus on safety and service

 

Physical Requirements

• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Ability to climb stairs and walk on inclines or uneven terrain
• Frequent lifting/moving up to 10 lbs; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
