Work Dates Needed: ASAP (after 15 days of credentials) 90 days or longer
Preferred Schedule: 3 to 5 days a week -8's hour days each week for 13 weeks. 1 day is 9am to 6pm and the rest of the days are 8am to 5pm
Worksite Setting: outpatient setting FQHC
Scope of Work: 18 to 20 ppt must see all patients on schedule & close charts before going home each day. They could see prenatal patients, They get an RN, MA and a Scribe.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, MUST BE Board Certification, would love them to have Academic experience as they are adding FP residency by the end of the year, BLS,
EMR: Eclinical Works
