• Work 3 weekdays one week/2 weekend days plus two weekdays the following week
• Weekly avg. 40hrs
• Monday " Friday, 8a - 8p (or until last patient seen)
• Sat/Sun 8a - 5p (or until last patient seen)

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• DOT Certification preferred
• Georgia Medical licensure or eligibility
