Day 5x8-Hour schedule with 4x10 option available
5 - 6 patients per day average
Home health setting
Guaranteed 40 hours with 26 - 30 points requirement
Minimum 1 year home health experience required
BLS certification required
Gait, strength, and range of motion cases
References from previous home health agencies required
