What you have

Required Qualifications:

• 1+yearsof Client/Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previousexperience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry.

• While licensing is preferred, it is notrequiredfor this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66licenses

• Ability to handleclient needs with tact anddiplomacy

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

• Experienceworkingindependently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously

• Ability to build andmaintaingood cross-enterprise workingrelationships

• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern clientaccounts

• May be asked to become aNotary

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
