Practice OptionsOption 1 - 100% Outpatient Pulmonology
- No call or weekend responsibilities
- Predictable schedule with excellent work-life balance

Option 2 - Pulmonary & Critical Care (50/50 Split)
- Flexible block schedule : 1 week ICU (7 on/7 off) alternating with 2 weeks of clinic
- A mix of inpatient critical care and outpatient pulmonology
- Balanced structure for long-term career satisfaction
Compensation & Benefits- Generous base salary plus productivity model with total earning potential up to $781K
- $75,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation allowance
- APP supervision and excess call compensation available
