Hospital-employed Hospitalist group seeks additional Internal Medicine residency trained physicians to join a robust, rapidly growing practice. Southeast Health is a 420-bed regional referral center in Dothan, Alabama and it manages its own hospitalist program. The current practice includes more than 25 full-time board-certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist physicians. Our facility serves a diverse patient population spanning multiple age groups, socio-economic classes, and ethnicities.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
Provide coverage for unassigned patients who present to ED requiring
inpatient care, care for transfers and in-hospital consults
7 on/7 off schedule, 12 hour shifts, Daytime shift 7 am - 7 pm
Minimum requirement is 12 shifts/month
Flexible, individualized scheduling
Admit and co-manage with intensivist support adult patients in critical care
24/7 pulm/critical care support for all CC admissions
24 hour subspecialty support available for all specialties including presence of in house radiology physician 24/7
APP support is available
Provide limited coverage for select private practice primary care patients
