Opportunity to deliver Geriatric House Calls™ with schedule flexibility and H-1B sponsorship available. Physical Therapist role providing 1:1 home-based geriatric PT across Greater Downingtown area (Reading, Lansdowne, Chester, Kennett Square). Full-time, part-time, PRN/PPU; salaried with benefits or flex PRN. Clinician-operated private practice; location-based travel to patient homes. • Valid PA PT license or eligibility
• Degree from accredited PT program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to perform home visits and deliver autonomous care
