Now Hiring: Fabricator – Custom Metalwork

Location: Harmony, NC | Pay: $14–$18/hr (based on experience) |
Schedule: 8AM to 5PM - Full-Time, 40 hrs/week

Join our team as a Fabricator and put your skills to work building custom ductwork, structural supports, enclosures, and specialty assemblies for industrial ventilation and dust collection systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Read blueprints and shop drawings

• Cut, form, and assemble steel and sheet metal

• Operate shop tools: press brakes, shears, saws, MIG/TIG welders, plasma cutters

• Check measurements for accuracy and fit

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Assist with layout and occasional field prep

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in metal fabrication or welding

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Familiarity with shop tools and safety practices

• Detail-oriented with pride in quality work

• Experience with ductwork, structural steel, or HVAC is a plus

• Welding certs, forklift, or crane experience are also bonuses
