Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient palliative care medicine
• Work alongside two seasoned Palliative Care APPs
• Supervise and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient care

Qualifications:

• Fellowship trained in Palliative Care
• Experience working with/supervising APPs
• Board certified or board eligible in Palliative Care
