OverviewAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a Urologist to support operations at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center located at 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405.Schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with call. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available.

Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive urology services, including outpatient clinic care, consults, cystoscopies, surgeries, and basic urological procedures.
- Perform inpatient rounds for urological patients.
- Conduct specialty exams (e.g., compensation and pension, agent orange) related to urological conditions.
- Communicate test results to patients and providers per VA policy.
- Provide discharge education and follow-up instructions for clinical and surgical patients.
- Adhere to established medication policies (no sample medications).
- Participate in on-call coverage, responding to phone consultations and being available on-site within 60 minutes.
- Attend quality improvement and staff meetings as required.
- Complete documentation for quality management, patient safety, and infection control.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and committee meetings.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety standards and report incidents as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the VA electronic health record system.
- Complete mandatory trainings and participate in performance evaluations.
Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
