The Steakhouse Manager will lead and coordinate the service team to maintain high standards in a busy upscale dining environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational abilities, and passion for hospitality, with an emphasis on staff development and adherence to health regulations. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in fine dining management, preferably within steakhouse settings.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in high-volume fine dining (over $10 million) or upscale restaurant
- Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
- Cognizant of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
- Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
