Position Highlights: Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology practice with hospital privileges at two respected medical centers in central Nashville Team-based care model supported by experienced APPs Flexible schedule with a mix of clinic, OR, and call (1:6 shared model) Flexible Schedule working 3.5 days/week in clinic + designated OR day GYN surgical volume supported by team referrals Mentorship and Partnership growth paths available Strong infrastructure and staff engagement, with a focus on patient experience and provider wellbeing Why Join Us?
