Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist experienced with Siemens CT scanners for a busy Level 2 ED, with ARRT R and BLS certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Work in a busy Level 2 Emergency Department CT unit
- Day shift schedule: Thursday through Saturday, 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Patient population includes emergency and acute care cases
- Siemens CT scanner proficiency required
- Epic charting experience preferred
- First-time travelers are welcome
- No travel pairs or groups accepted
- Must not have been a permanent staff member within the past year
- Locals within 50 miles are not eligible
- No more than 3 days of requested time off (RTO) will be auto-approved
- No RTO permitted during the first week of orientation
Requirements
- ARRT R certification required
- BLS certification required
- 1-2 years of CT technologist experience required
- Competency with Siemens CT scanners in an emergency department setting required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- License required if applicable
