RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in HVIU/D200 Cardiac Stepdown/PCU unit
• 24-bed unit with 1:4 patient ratios for both days and nights
• Every other weekend scheduling requirement
• Float to like units as needed
• Work with telemetry monitoring equipment
• Use Allscripts documentation system
• Unit staffed with charge nurse, PCT, and monitor tech
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must have telemetry experience and cardiac PIR experience
• Experience required with post-TAVR patient care, cardiac catheterizations, ablations, watchmen procedures, and cardiac drips
• Unit performs procedures including TAVR, ablations, watchmen, STEMI, pacemakers, and cardio mems
• Care for patients requiring specialized cardiac monitoring and interventions
