American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years of experience and current WI OT license for an adult/geriatric caseload in a multi-site setting.
Responsibilities- Hospital-based position with primary site and potential floats to additional regional facilities
- Adult and geriatric patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility diagnoses
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Expectation to work 1 weekend per 13-week contract and holidays as needed
- May be placed on low census call with a 2-hour minimum call back
- Preferred experience with Epic EMR
- Float coverage is required to multiple nearby locations
- Business casual dress code is expected
- Travel experience is strongly preferred
- During flu season, declination of flu and COVID vaccination requires masking at all times
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the primary facility
- Active WI State OT license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to work with adult and geriatric patients
- Strong interpersonal, resilience, and change management skills
