Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Oregon state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
  • Current TB screening and immunizations per facility policy may be required.
