Exciting Opportunity for Obstetrics/Gynecology Physicians Night Shift (19:00 - 07:00, 12 hours) Join a dedicated, patient-centered team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician and make a meaningful impact in women s health. Key Responsibilities: Provide full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care across multiple venues, including gynecological surgery. Manage labor, high-risk pregnancies, and emergency obstetric and gynecological cases through on-call duties. Perform procedures such as Dilation and Curettage (DNC), Ectopic Pregnancy management, and Cesarean sections. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including LCSWs, lactation specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in a manageable call rotation (1:4 schedule) with back-up support and PRN staff coverage. Utilize innovative, integrated tech platforms to enhance patient engagement and streamline clinical workflows. Required Skills: Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Active Texas Medical License and DEA registration. Proficiency in managing high-acuity obstetric and gynecological conditions. Experience or training in surgical procedures such as C-sections and DNC. Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within a team. Nice to Have Skills: Surgical first assist certification for CNMs to support delivery and surgical procedures. Experience working in a hospital setting with emergency obstetric care. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient engagement platforms. Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. A minimum of 3 years of OB/GYN practice experience or recent fellowship training. Prior experience working night shifts and handling emergency cases. Other Requirements: Must be comfortable with night shift work (19:00 - 07:00). Willingness to travel as required; full travel, lodging, airfare, and car rental covered. Maintain current licensure and certifications in Texas.
