Position Details:
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
Patient Encounters: Minimum of 18 per shift
Patient Mix: Pediatric and adult populations
Charting: Closure required within 72 hours
Credentialing timeframe: days

Requirements:
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care/Family Medicine)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar setting
California NP license
Furnishing License with Schedules II
Active DEA required before start date
Current BLS certification
Required immunizations: flu vaccine, TB test/X-ray results, positive titers or complete series for MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, plus Tdap within last 10 years
CV must include month/year on work history with all gaps explained
30-day notice required for ending assignments
