Compensation: $240,000+ annually (based on experience)
Join a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing accessible, high-quality, and culturally sensitive mental health care to the community. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide outpatient psychiatric services to both adults and children.
You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on patient care while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in an outpatient setting.
Manage a diverse caseload that includes both adult and pediatric patients.
Collaborate closely with primary care and behavioral health teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Support the FQHC s mission of accessible, community-focused healthcare.
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
Commitment to serving a diverse and underserved patient population with empathy and professionalism.

Salary: $240,000+ per year, commensurate with experience
