Our client, a leader in industrial engineering and project management, is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team. As a Project Manager II, you will be part of the Project Engineering department supporting the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate with customers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project success
- Manage technical project activities and provide leadership in resolving critical issues
- Review contract documentation and communicate project requirements effectively
- Evaluate the financial and schedule impacts of scope changes and implement necessary adjustments
- Support resolution of cross-functional design complexities and mitigate schedule risks
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering, design engineering, or field engineering related to HRSG projects
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically (~10-15%)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
