Permanent, full-time with dedicated OR access, rounding and outpatient clinic duties. Schedule: 7x24‑hr call shifts/month when staffed; minimum 9 consecutive days off monthly; opportunity for extra call reimbursement. - Eligible for Tennessee medical license
- Experience in acute care/trauma surgery preferred
- Comfortable with 24‑hour call shifts and inpatient/outpatient care
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Acute Care Surgeon to join rapidly expanding surgicalist team!

--With 8 surgeons the group?s schedule is as follows:
--When fully staffed, our group operates on a balanced schedule designed to support clinical excellence and physician well-being.
--7 (24-hour call shifts per month); reimbursement for extra call taken
--Rounding and outpatient clinic
--Minimum of 9 consecutive days off per physician every month
--Great sub-specialty support
--Great collaborative and collegial physicians and administrative team
--Surgical residency offers opportunity to teach
--Base Salary: $450,000 with the potential for additional earnings through optional extra shifts
--$30,000 sign on bonus + annual quality bonus + relocation
