Full-time Nephrologist role at a 188-bed Level II trauma center in Western Oregon (≈90 minutes from Portland). Permanent employed position with a group of 4 nephrologists and 1 APC. Schedule: outpatient clinic (15–20 pts/day), inpatient consults and shared dialysis rounding across five sites; inpatient call 1 week/5. Join a group of 4 other employed nephrologists, and 1 APC.
Medical Center is a 188-bed medical facility and level II trauma center
Financial incentives include starting bonus and relocation funds, and additional loan assistance/retention funds
Duties include outpatient clinical responsibilities, inpatient consults, and shared outpatient dialysis rounding (five locations)
Clinic volumes average 15-20 pts/day
Inpatient call of 1 week/5, with average volume of 10 pts/day
Opportunity for medical directorship over dialysis center in the region
