Perform precise fish portioning using hand tools to meet specifications, while monitoring quality control and sanitation in a seafood distribution setting. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, paying $18–$30/hr depending on experience. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of fish cutting experience.
