Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communications skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a well-established primary care team, joining our existing physician and physician assistant. Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including children, adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
• Comfortable using new technology and software
• Minimum of one year of APP experience
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
