Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: Full-time negotiable schedule, 10 days on call per month
- Job Setting: Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic at Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC), an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic
- Types of Cases: 17-20 office/clinic patients per day average, 90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient, 50% adult population/50% geriatric population. General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with Ileo-Loop Conduit, Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic Node Dissection, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder U/S, TRUS Biopsies, Fertility Work-Up, Incontinence Procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (EWSL), Brachytherapy. Facility utilizes DaVinci surgical robotic system. Lab and X-Ray onsite. Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist. Equipment: PVR Scanner. EMR - EPIC. 2 Current Urologists in the Group
- Credentialing: 30-60 days contingent on requested information being returned timely
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Urology
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)
- Licensure: Ohio license (or willing to obtain), DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
- Not accepting Locums submissions
- Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines
- Sign on bonus (negotiable)
- Relocation allowance, if applicable
- 3-year contract structure: Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- Medical School Loan Repayment - Negotiable
- $5000 CME credit
