Assignment Details- Start Date: February 1, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Clinic one week per month, 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Call: Same week as clinic, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (no nights, no weekends)
- Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, telehealth
- Patients per shift: 5-10 clinic patients per day; overseeing 25 treatments per day
- Admissions: Yes
- Reason for Coverage: Vacancy during permanent search

- Support Staff: 3 RNs, 3 office staff
Clinical Details- Radiation oncology clinic and treatment oversight
- Daily oversight of IMRT, SBRT, 3D-CRT, SRS
- Uses Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator
- CT-Sim with respiratory gating
- Treatment planning via Varian Aria/Eclipse
- Rare inpatient rounding
- Call consists of phone consults only (0-2 per day); rarely any in-person needs
- Call response time: 20 minutes
- Call ratio: 1:4
Requirements- Board Certified
- BLS
- No specific state license requirement to bid
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days; temps possible with clean file
- Proficiency required in IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, 3D-CRT, RapidArc/VMAT, electrons, hyper-altered fractionation
- Experience with conventional planning, beam shaping/MLC, 3D CRT, IMRT, PET/CT or MRI fusion, EPI, and clinical trials
