New Hematology/Oncology Locums Job Starting June 2025 in Missouri

Welcome to an exciting opportunity in Missouri starting in June 2025! We are seeking a dedicated Hematology/Oncology physician to join our team for a minimum of 3 months. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Mostly outpatient with occasional inpatient coverage as needed
• 50% Hematology work
• Monday ? Friday, 8:00AM ? 4:30PM
• Average of 15 patients per day, including consults, treatments, follow-ups, and potential inpatients
• Potential for bone marrow biopsies
• Call may be required occasionally, on an as-needed basis
• Support Team: 2 Nurse Practitioners currently in the clinic, with a third being actively hired
• Certifications Required: Board Certification in Hematology & Medical Oncology + Basic Life Support (BLS)

Qualifications:

• Start Date: June 1, with a minimum of 3 months of coverage expected
• Credentialing timeline: Approximately 30 days
• EMR System: Epic
• Willing to consider candidates without an active license if time allows for licensing prior to the start date
