Interventional Cardiology Southwest Florida Currently 3 interventionals and 1 non-invasive, also 2 nurse practitioners All the physicians earn in the upper 90% for their specialty 800k by year 3 for interventional Guaranteed Salary of 420k plus production bonus for the first year, but physician will most likely pass this by the sixth month mark Partnership is usually 18 months - depending on production Relocation Assistance Paid vacations 1 week CME with allowance of k retirement plan Health, dental, vision insurances offered for physician and family On call every fourth night and every fourth weekend The onsite services offered at the practice include: Fully accredited nuclear stress testing, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, diagnostic cardiac catheterization, advanced heart failure clinic, pulmonary function testing, pacemaker and defibrillator testing, lower extremity stenting, and lower extremity atherectomy There are three local hospitals located within 10 minutes of the practice. The primary hospital provides open heart, EP and interventional procedures. The other two hospitals provide cardiac cath and EP services. Affordable waterfront living, or Executive acreage estates, are all available within twenty minutes of the office and the hospitals. There is a regional airport about 45 minutes away and the local airport is a growing facility that will be offering daily scheduled, limited destination, commercial jet service within the next few months. This is a retirement community with a year round service area of 150,000. The population rises to 225,000 to 250,000 during the winter season . The public school system ranks reasonably well and there are several well respected private schools in the community. The area is renowned for its pristine scenic natural beauty, fishing and other water activities. Outdoor activities abound. Golf, fishing, hunting, bird watching, diving, horseback riding, shelling, relaxing at the beach, etc. are all easily accessible. Cultural activities are more readily available a short distance away in Tampa, Naples, and Sarasota.
