Full-Time 40 hours per week Summary: A

part of a multidisciplinary team, the Licensed Psychologist will provide direct care, including individual (including youth), couple, family, and group therapeutic services to patients, including assessments, treatment plans, discharge planning, and psychological testing/evaluations.

Responsibilities: · Participates in direct care to assess needs and coordinate services to the appropriate population (children, adolescents, adults, and families) · Provides initial mental health assessments resulting in measurement-based care planning · Provides brief, solution-focused therapy · Provide group psychoeducation/treatment related to specific diagnoses/presenting issues · Provide psychological/neuropsychological testing to patients referred · Participate in care coordination · Maintains daily/weekly scheduled appointments in electronic records systems · Provide therapeutic services to patients and their families · Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including external partners and agencies · Completes required documentation and paperwork including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner · Participate in our high-risk program · Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment to patients ,including LGBTQ+ community · Participate in supervising psychology trainees in accordance with ABA compliance

Minimum Qualifications: Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) Possession of valid clinical license in Connecticut Ability to diagnose using DSM 5 Experience providing direct clinical care Preferred Qualifications:

Neuropsychological or psychological testing experience Experience supervising trainees/students Additional certifications in specialized clinical care such as DBT, CBT, trauma informed care, etc. Experience/knowledge of substance use disorders Experience/competency in working with LGBTQ+
