RN - CVOR

Job Details:

• Work day/evening shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 3 twelve-hour shifts per week for 36 hours total
• Will be required to take call
• Washington State RN license or Compact license required
• CVOR experience required
• Must maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care utilizing nursing process and unit-specific standards
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
• Evaluate discharge plans and provide patient/family education
• Document care, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Complete holistic ongoing patient assessments and respond appropriately
• Determine appropriate nursing actions to meet physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed personnel
• Collaborate with all healthcare team members
• Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital policies
• Must adhere to facility policies and Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines
