- Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (10 Hour Days)
- Unit: Operating Room (OR) – 13 ORs
- Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1980 - $2120
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Idaho or compact state)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
- Trauma nursing experience required
- Flexibility with shifts and call rotation
- Preferred: CNOR certification, burn, robotic, and neuro surgery experience
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and ability to work in a collaborative healthcare team
- Deliver perioperative nursing care for diverse surgical procedures: trauma, burn, neuro, cardiac, orthopedic, plastics, and more
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals including RNs, Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs), and surgeons
- Maintain accurate patient documentation using Meditech EMR
- Participate in call rotation, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Adhere to AORN standards, hospital policies, and best practices in clinical support
- Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical setting
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient safety and quality care
