A Hematology/Oncology Physician provides specialized care to adult and geriatric patients in outpatient and hospital settings, focusing on treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. The role involves managing 12-15 patients daily with support staff and utilizing EMR systems like Mosaiq. Required qualifications include board certification in Hematology/Oncology, relevant state licensure, certifications, and at least two years of experience.
Coverage Needed:
- November 17, 2025 - Ongoing
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- On Call: Optional
Clinical Details:
- Outpatient clinics, hospital for consults, minimal rounding
- Patient Volume: 12-15 patients per day
- Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics (18 years and up)
- Treatments/Procedures: Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, infusions (no BMT, no acute leukemias)
- EMR: Mosaiq
- Support Staff: Available
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Hematology/Oncology
- State License: Oklahoma (active license required)
- Certifications: ACLS, DEA, Oklahoma CSR
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Must have a clean background
