Key Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of urological conditions, performing surgical procedures as needed, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. You will be critical in enhancing patient outcomes and advancing our department s standards of excellence.
Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Urology
- Valid medical license in the applicable state or jurisdiction
- Proven experience in diagnosing and managing urological conditions
- Strong surgical skills and familiarity with advanced urological procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive or robotic urological surgeries
- Additional certifications or specializations in Urological Oncology, Pediatric Urology, or Reconstructive Urology
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in Urology
- Prior experience in a hospital or multispecialty clinic setting preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel as needed for conferences, training, or temporary assignments
- Current medical licensure and board certification in Urology
- Participation in continuing education programs to maintain licensure and stay current with medical advancements
