About the Opportunity:
A well-established regional healthcare organization in central Washington is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a dynamic Internal Medicine team. You'll collaborate with one full-time physician and two other APPs in a practice that sees a higher acuity adult patient population, offering a challenging and rewarding clinical environment.
Flexible scheduling with the option of a 4- or 5-day workweek
Patient volumes average per day, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and continuity of care
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Adult Medicine, Geriatrics, or Palliative Care
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary range of $133,000 to $154,000, with additional RVU-based performance bonuses
