Medical Director, Maternal Fetal Medicine | Leadership Role in West Michigan We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Director of Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) to provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for our MFM service line in West Michigan. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated specialist to drive innovation and ensure top-tier care for mothers and babies. Key Responsibilities & Leadership: Clinical Oversight: Direct and oversee the MFM service line, ensuring clinical excellence for complex maternal and fetal conditions. Strategic Growth: Partner with administration to advance and enhance the MFM program, focusing on quality, service, and growth goals. Patient Care: Provide comprehensive clinical care for high-risk pregnancies within a multidisciplinary team. Education: Mentor medical students and residents, fostering professional growth. Essential Qualifications: Board Certified in OB/GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM). Michigan medical license or eligibility. Minimum of 5 years of MFM practice experience. 2+ years of leadership experience is highly preferred. Open to H1B Visa candidates (J1 waivers not accepted).
