• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Seeking providers with outpatient primary care experience who can work autonomously
• 36 patient care hours, 4 admin hours; NO CALL
• Will be seeing all ages but mostly elderly population
• About 16-22 ppd
