Requirements:
- 2 years SLP experience
- SLP-CF, BLS, state license
- Home health experience
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment, dysphagia management, compensatory strategies, FEES, diet modification, and trach/vent care
- Documentation: OASIS, point-of-service documentation, plan of care, evaluations
- Strong communication, clinical assessment, and organizational skills
