Job Details:
• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under licensed physician direction
• Apply principles, theories, and current nursing practice methods and techniques
• Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare team members using the nursing process
• Individualize patient care through effective communication and teamwork
• Direct nursing support staff in patient care provision according to nursing practice standards
• Follow administrative and departmental policies and procedures
• Float between ICU units as needed
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year experience in clinical specialty area preferred
• PA Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area
