Key Responsibilities – Parts Counter Person:
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to look up and order parts for repair orders
- Pull and distribute parts for service and body shop jobs
- Support body shop operations as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Assist walk-in and wholesale customers with parts needs
- Help maintain accurate inventory and organized parts storage
- Perform general parts counter duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:
- Trustworthy, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to regularly lift 35 - 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Prior experience preferred with:
- NAPA
- O’Reilly Auto Parts
- AutoZone
- Advance Auto Parts
- Automotive dealership parts departments
- Local candidates preferred
