Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Med-Surg night shift travel assignment requiring an active MO and KS license along with BLS, PEARS, and PALS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Work in a pediatric med-surg unit within a hospital setting
- Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Patient population includes pediatric med-surg cases
- Same pay rate for local and travel nurses
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Hospital conducts nicotine testing and maintains a nicotine-free campus
Requirements
- Active RN license for MO and KS required (may start with KS license pending MO)
- Current BLS, PEARS, and PALS certifications required from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric RN experience required
- Previous travel RN experience is required
- Two supervisory references from within the last 12 months required for consideration
- Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration
