Night-shift 3x12 schedule with hands-on med/surg nursing in Knoxville. Med/Surg RN role providing bedside care, assessments, meds, IV starts, catheter care and physician assistance. Nights (3x12), Knoxville, TN. Full-time permanent (night shift). - Active RN license in Tennessee
- Experience in med/surg nursing (preferred 1+ year)
- IV start and wound/dressing care skills
- Ability to work night 12-hour shifts
- BLS (ACLS preferred)

Responsibilities
MedSurg RNs provide bedside care for a variety of patients and execute individualized patient assessments to create an individualized plan of care. MedSurg RNs prepare equipment and assist physicians during examination and treatment of patients. MedSurg RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: MedSurg RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
Initiate alternative action when adverse symptomology is displayed
Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs when necessary
Shift: 3x12 Nights
