The Activities Assistant, also known as a Vibrant Living Assistant, supports senior residents by planning and facilitating a variety of engaging spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional activities. They promote community events, participate in and organize social programs, and occasionally provide transportation for residents. This role requires creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and an active driver's license to enhance the well-being and vibrant lifestyle of seniors in a senior living community.

Responsibilities:
Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
Help set up and break down events and activities.
Salary range: USD $19.25 - USD $22.25 /Hr.
