Shift: Variable D/E, start time 7:30a, 8a, 10a, 8x5, 40 hrs/week, Length: 13 weeks
Between 7:30a-7p M-TH, 7:30a-4:30p FridayMinor holidays are required
Requirements:

CT license
2 years experience in Outpatient PT
Pre/post Women's Health/pelvic rehab required
Experience in treating pelvic dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pregnancy and post postpartum dysfunction
AHA BLS
Experience in men's pelvic health and/or APTA board certification a plus
