Required Skills:
- Valid and current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Additional certifications such as BLS or ACLS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel if required for assigned sites
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications current
- Preferably housed in or willing to reside in accommodations such as Air Bnb instead of hotels/motels during assignments
