Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at our Primary Care clinic in St. Mary's Hospital Kankakee, Illinois. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative and community-focused setting.
Position Details

- Experience in primary care required
- Flexible Schedule
- Will have their own patient panel
- Good patient mix
- Will see 16-24 patients per day
- 36 hours of patient contact
Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA in the state of Illinois
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a primary care or family practice setting required
- Board certification in Family Medicine (NP) or appropriate PA certification
