Civil Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in civil litigation, trial/arbitration, specifically in business, corporate, or employment law.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission and good standing with the State of California Bar.
- Strong writing and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and caseloads.
Civil Litigation Attorney Preferred Background & Skills
- Trial experience is preferred but not required.
- Graduates from respected law schools in California are highly regarded.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Civil Litigation Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle motions, discovery, and prepare pleadings for various cases.
- Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring high-quality legal work.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
- Maintain organized documentation and adhere to deadlines.
- Produce clear and concise written materials for court submissions and client communications.
