Civil Litigation Attorney Benefits & Compensation

Civil Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications


  • 3 to 7 years of experience in civil litigation, trial/arbitration, specifically in business, corporate, or employment law.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission and good standing with the State of California Bar.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and caseloads.


Civil Litigation Attorney Preferred Background & Skills


  • Trial experience is preferred but not required.
  • Graduates from respected law schools in California are highly regarded.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a dynamic environment.


Civil Litigation Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Handle motions, discovery, and prepare pleadings for various cases.
  • Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring high-quality legal work.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
  • Maintain organized documentation and adhere to deadlines.
  • Produce clear and concise written materials for court submissions and client communications.
